Anthony Whitehouse

Anthony has managed and run some the world’s top eateries, functions and retail businesses from London’s Blues Bistro and Bar to Sydney’s Taronga Zoo and the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. Having seen the best of the best, Anthony has drawn on that experience to form CREATE Catering – one of Sydney’s leading event caterers.

Adam Bryce

Adam Bryce began his culinary career 15 years ago as an apprentice on Crown Street, quickly developing a passion for Italian cuisine. After honing his skills at Jamie Oliver’s Italian and Otto, his love of seafood led him to North Bondi Fish, where he met Stefano and formed a lasting friendship, later becoming Head Chef. He went on to lead the kitchen at the iconic Doyle’s Seafood Restaurant before reuniting with Stefano at Pan Divino, where his expertise in Italian flavours and fresh seafood comes together on every plate.
