La Festa della Mamma
This Mother’s Day, we’re marking the occasion with La Festa della Mamma, a $98pp sharing menu that brings together some of our favourite dishes, served across the table to be enjoyed together.
The experience begins with wood-fired focaccia, served warm with roasted garlic butter and chives, alongside stracciatella with fig and black olive crumb, and yellowfin tuna crudo finished with salsa rossa and lemon zest.
From there, the table moves into something more substantial. Pappardelle cacio e pepe, rich with pecorino romano and black pepper, is followed by a herb crusted lamb rack with labneh and salsa verde. On the side, frico friulano brings crisp potato and Montasio cheese together, paired with a radicchio salad to balance the meal.
To finish, our strawberry tiramisu offers a fresh take on a classic, rounding out the experience on a lighter note.
